VENEER CUTTING MACHINE
Veneer equipment is used to create veneer, thin strips/sheets of wood overlay that are applied to other wood pieces as a finishing touch. n woodworking, a veneer is actually a paper thin cut of wood that's applied to both sides of a strong core surface, like furniture-grade MDF or substrate material, to seal and stabilize it—which is critically important when you're fashioning built-in furniture or anything with a mechanism. Plain Slicing is the method most often used to produce veneers for high quality architectural woodworking. The slicing is done parallel to a line through the centre of the log. A combination of cathedral and straight grain patterns result, with a natural progression of pattern from leaf to leaf.
